Movie Palace Online ARG

Working with creative agency Haus of Park in support of Don't Nod Montreal's release of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, I was the lead copywriter on the Movie Palace Online augmented reality game.
Under the CD's direction I was tasked with worldbuilding within an existing universe, helping to beat out the story, writing in the voice of established characters, and designing puzzle challenges.
One such assignment was the creation of a newsletter in the voice of the titular movie streaming service, circa 1996. This included summaries of fake movies, interview with made up celebrities, and Hollywood gossip from a cartoon mouse character--who I gave their own narrative arc!
